WWOOF letter WWOOF policy is a FULL day's work in Exchange for lodging and meals. This arrangement is called a WORK EXCHANGE. IF you are willing to try to WORK less than a full day (6 hours) in the tropical heat ( 8am to 11am and 2pm to 5pm, 6 days a week ), If you love gardening and/or getting close to amazing tropical animal species (animal care in our Rescue Center), we alternatively invite you to join us as a VOLUNTEER. Volunteers help only 4 hours daily AND they pay a lodging fee of $3 day. NO FREE MEALS ! PLEASE read through our website before sending questions. We receive a large number of emails every week and the cost of travelling into town and paying for internet can be draining monetarily and timewise (could have better been allocated taking care of the animals etc..). Also, please only send questions truly pertinent to your planned trip… (reservations for the shuttle, etc.). We expect our volunteers to become our friends, helping us in our efforts to heal our lil' corner of the world, with mutual concern and selflessness.
